At our facility, we combine advanced technology with craftsmanship to optimize your production process. Our robots are equipped with vision cameras that can automatically detect and position parts on a jig or conveyor belt, ensuring a consistent and accurate production process. The process works as follows: parts can be dumped in bulk onto a belt, always ending up in different positions.
The vision camera recognizes parts that lie correctly, then the robot accurately inserts them. Parts that are not recognized are automatically repositioned on the belt. This system minimizes the need for human labor, resulting in a more efficient production process with fewer human hours required.
